Hello everyone! I'm back, well and sloooooooooowly settling into my new house - there is ALOT left to do before every piece of furniture is at its right place, but things get done, one step at a time.
As a whole things went alright, although there has been afew minor false notes - One 30-year old plate in Limoges porcelain got broken in the trip, and the team in charge of taking our furniture... forgot to take one of my two display shelves, namely the one that was-and still is- hung to the wall - they thought it was part of our former house's furniture. As a result, alot of my figs are homeless for now
Another false note of notice is switching Internet Service Providers - our new Internet service is fully functional, but...
if Dad and I want to keep all the important e-mails whom we stored away (shopping invoices, friends' chats, etc.) after our former ISP closes our accounts, we have to transfer them - MANUALLY - to our new ISP accounts - One. By. One.
And 12 years with our former ISP left Dad and myself with pretty full webmails - which makes, oh, a few thousands mails and a hundred Mos to transfer manually, maybe...
Good thing our former ISP still lets us access to our old e-mail addresses for 6 monthes after our contract is resigned.
With some luck I'll be finished for Xmas XDXDXD
